Matt Horn understands the Tucson business owner because he is one himself! Combined with his commitment to providing stellar customer service, he is passionate about providing local businesses with a System4 simple facilities services. Not only is Matt a wildcat for life (Beardown!), he has a background in the financial sector, from borrowing to investment and wealth management; Matt understands the importance of an office space being clean and professional looking. He also understands the need to delegate tasks outside of the business specializations. With empathy, Matt is proud to help businesses across Tucson become brighter!

 With over 30 years of hospitality and customer service experience, Steve has depended on pristine facilities for part of his professional success for most of his career. Steve was a manager for popular Tucson destination, Canyon Ranch, for over 20 years. With first-hand experience and knowledge of the importance of maintaining a beautiful property, he understands the need for a System4 well-kept property and the struggles managers face to find that. Steve is the 9th of 11 siblings! He lives in Tucson with his wife of 30 years and three children. When he isn’t working, he loves to spend time with family, especially his grandchild!

Eric Rogers has been working in sales and marketing within the Tucson metro area for 17 years. He utilizes his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology to help find innovative solutions for Tucsonans. With his real estate and hospitality experience, Eric has practical experience with the facilities management’s ins and outs. He understands the challenges of maintaining properties in the southwest. When he isn’t helping local businesses solve their facility management problems, he coaches varsity football. Eric has been coaching Sal Pointe for the past 18 years, among other teams! Eric was the recipient of the Dr. Charles E. Waring Football Scholarship for dedication to Scholarship, Athletics, and Community Involvement at his alma mater, the University of Connecticut. Eric is married with six children. They have two dogs, three fish and one water turtle, two desert tortoises, a hamster, and a gecko lizard.
